- Tell me about yourself?
The question should never be answered by giving personal information or describing your hobbies or interests. - What are your strengths and weaknesses?

- How will you deal with conflict or criticism?
The answer to such question should never be very subjective. Try explaining it with an example from your work experience. The answer to this question should be prepared well in advance. Start by giving a brief about what you know about the company. Before answering always get the facts and figures correct and never argue with the interviewer. Always be open to corrections as this would reflect your learning attitude.
- Why do you want to join this company?
While answering this question specify what interests you about the industry or the field the particular company is into. Also talk about how you could contribute to the company’s growth in the near future. Talk of the skills that you would bring in and how they would contribute to the vision and mission of the company.
- What are your salary expectations?
